Returns, Exchanges, and Repair
WE GLADLY ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS
12 MONTH WARRANTY. STANDARD.
If there was a defect in our workmanship, we will tuck our tails in shame and repair or replace the watch free of charge. :)
We offer a generous 12-month warranty that is more than three times as long as what you get from many wooden watch retailers. In the rare event your watch doesn’t perform to the highest standards during normal use, we’ll replace the timepiece at no extra charge.
However, our 12-month warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear or deterioration (Strap/Links/Clasp/Crown)
- The life of the battery
- Scratches to the glass
- Loss, theft, or damage from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care or negligence
- Accidents (knocks, dents, cracks, broken links etc.)
- Incorrect use of the watch
- Damages caused by a third party (e.g. battery replacement, services, repairs, link removals, alterations or damage caused by the link tool being used incorrectly)
WE STILL WANT TO HELP!
If any of these “not warranty-approved things of life” have happened, please still reach out to us. We will do our best to repair just about anything that can happen to your watch. We just ask you to be honest with us. We, in return, will be honest and fair to you.
REPAIRS AFTER ONE YEAR
Our craftsmen stand by in the process of taking care of your aged wood watch. We will simply charge you the small repair fee and ask that you pay for shipping back to our repair facility. Please contact us prior to shipping the item back.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the watch which you would like to complete a return or exchange. Once the return or exchange process is started, we do request that we receive the item back within 15 days. This gives you approximately seven days to ship the item back and allows for seven days in transit time.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is received damaged or defective. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please also note that international buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

REQUEST A CANCELLATION
We pride ourselves on processing orders extremely quickly due to a number of factors including production times, engraving request, ship times, and people simply wanting to receive their item as fast as possible. ☺
If you would like to cancel or alter your order, please try to contact us within an hour. We will do our best to accommodate any specific needs. We pride ourselves on a customer first focus and answer emails extremely quickly.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN'T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
- Items that have been worn.
- Items that have been sized.
- Items that have been engraved or otherwise personalized.
***Because of the personalized nature of engraved items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns. - Items returned after 30 days.
***Please note in special circumstances, in-store credit may be given for unused and unworn items after 30 days. If this situation applies to you, please contact us at sales@modply.com, and we will do our best to be honest and fair with you.
