wristwatches. It’s natural to have questions about how our company and
timepieces work. Here are some of the most frequent questions we receive
from our customers before they place an order. Â Â
1. How do you make your wood watches?
2. Does my Modply watch have a warranty?
We offer a generous 12-month warranty that is more than three times as long as what you get from many wooden watch retailers. In the rare event your watch doesn’t perform to the highest standards during normal use, we’ll replace the timepiece at no extra charge. However, our 12-month warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear or deterioration (Strap/Links/Clasp/Crown)
- Broken wood watch band links from improper adjustment
- The life of the battery
- Scratches to the glass
- Loss, theft, or damage from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care or negligence
- Accidents (knocks, dents, cracks, broken links etc.)
- Incorrect use of the watch
- Damages caused by a third party (e.g. battery replacement, services, repairs, link removals, alterations or damage caused by the link tool being used incorrectly)

To Canada, delivery times are estimated between six to 10 business days, depending on location. Tracking information is provided.
We also offer shipping to select countries in Europe and Asia. Orders will arrive within 12 to 21 business days, depending on location. Tracking information is provided via email when the item ships.
*Please note that international customers are responsible for any extra duties, taxes, or shipping fees that may be charged by their specific locality. Any orders returned to Modply due to being unclaimed or from a refusal to pay duties may result in extra fees in the refund process. Â
